Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed we cannot change the shipping address or edit the order. Please double-check your details at checkout. If you need help, email info@thetrnchs.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
Why do my billing and shipping addresses need to match?
For fraud protection, your billing and shipping addresses must match when placing an order. Orders with mismatched addresses may be rejected or cancelled by our secondary insurance provider.
Shipping
When will my order ship and how do I track it?
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
Yes. Shipments default to signature required to help protect your package. If you ask us to waive the signature, the courier may leave it at your door or mailbox, and Trnchs is not responsible for the package once the carrier marks it delivered.
My tracking says delivered but I can't find my package. What now?
Once proof of delivery is attached to your tracking number, the courier is responsible for the delivery. If you purchased Trnchs Purchase Protection at checkout, you can file a claim for a lost, stolen, or damaged package using the link on that page.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time our standard shipping details apply to domestic U.S. shipments. For international questions, email info@thetrnchs.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible items for exchange or refund within 10 calendar days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, unaltered, and with no odor. See the full Refund Policy.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Clearance items, Final Sale items, and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange.
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring your package, especially for high-value items, as Trnchs is not responsible for return packages that don't reach our warehouse.
How long do refunds and exchanges take?
Once we receive your item we'll email you a confirmation. Exchanges are typically processed within 15-20 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued for the price of the item; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I find my size?
